What you share
When you request a church review, we collect the church name, your name, and your email address. You confirm a public listing or optionally supply a website. We use these details to create an automated online-welcome report and email its link to you. Please do not submit member lists, prayer requests, or other private pastoral information.
Where it goes
Netlify hosts this website and stores review requests and reports for RaiseUP. BTTY’s existing lookup service, using Google Places (or public web search as a fallback), helps find your church; only the church search query and an approximate location bias are used for lookup, not your submitted name or email. We inspect public website pages. Mailgun processes your email address and report email. Our team can access your request. Hosting and email services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect their services.
Your report link
Results are available on screen and through a randomly generated link for 30 days. Anyone with that link can see the public church findings. Your submitted contact name and email are not included in the report. We ask search engines not to index reports. Keep the link only with people you want to share it with.
What we don’t do
This website does not add you to a newsletter when you request a review. We do not sell your submitted information. We have not added optional advertising or analytics trackers to this version of the site.
Keeping and managing your request
We retain submitted details while handling your request and related conversations. Report links stop serving after 30 days. Stored request and report records are not automatically deleted on that date; there is not currently an automatic storage-deletion schedule. Hashed request identifiers and short-lived rate-limit records help prevent duplicate requests and abuse. You can ask us to correct or delete your request by emailing tony@raiseup.today.
Church tools and screenshots
This public website does not give visitors access to a church’s private ministry database. The Ministry Hub screenshot shown here excludes member records. Any future church service that processes member information needs its own agreed scope and privacy arrangements.
